Lost Luggage

Hello there, this is Mr Arm. While on one of my many safaris through the wildes of Trundle Manor I came on this piece of lost luggage. It is thought to have been left here after a ritual gathering on the 28th ripe with the liquid of fermented grapes and a boiled milk concoction resembling our cheese. Three Horned Shroom

What could this be! This three tonged mushroom like fungi is connected at the top and has a little cap that sits on the whole deal. Oh, and it smells like rotting meat! That's why I like it. What is it!
